CBW Sous Vide Cooking and Brewing
Join our own Executive Chef Jacob Parish and Ben Feifarek, owner of the Wine and Hop Shop, as they talk about using a sous vide machine as the coolest way to cook and brew at home. Ben is going to take a break from running the shop and launching the Working Draft Beer Company to show you how people are using the sous vide machine to make the craftiest of craft beers — home brew. Chef Jacob will be sharing his method for using the sous vide to prepare delicious food made with — and paired with — beer. This event includes three beers and a full meal so you'll leave with a happy tummy as well as lots of ideas you can use at home.
